From my point of view one important factor has not been mentioned yet.

ARE PEOPLE STILL INTERESTED IN THE INTERNET?

I think the time people spend surfing the net will decrease. What's your opinion on that?

Concerning the ad market - nothing will change. If you can motivate the surfer to use his credit card you will make money.
