Looks like part of Engage's technology will survive

Newport, R.I. -- Bluestreak, a provider of online advertising and
marketing technology, announced that it has acquired certain assets of struggling ad firm Engage. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Rhode Island-based Bluestreak will acquire intellectual property and the U.S. and foreign customer lists from Engage, which will cease serving ads on its network on Sept. 23 and plans to shut down its media business unit on Sept. 28. In February, Bluestreak raised a financing round $19.5 million led by AOL Time Warner.
