I just received the letter too. Now that they claim to have completed the merging and restructuring of their company, they will fortunately not be able to use that as an excuse anymore.

Is it just me, or has Engage's support staff become one of the slowest in the industry? I pay them ****loads in monthly commissions, and rarely receive answers to my email queries within a week, even when urgent.
