Thanks for the heads up Czar, there was an issue with the htaccess that I didn't realize was blocking other people from viewing the folders. Its been corrected and everything should be ok now, and yes the site is still for sale.

Rivux, I just checked and I'm not getting an error message either at this time. But you are releasing more AdSense information than Google says you should. Is the $800.00 your asking price or is this an auction?
How much do you pay for hosting? How much time does this site require of you.
07-10-2005, 11:09 PM
The site uses about 60mb a month of bandwidth and 3mb of diskspace so the hosting costs are almost nil. I don't spend anytime on the site except to answer the occasional email (about 1 a week from someone asking about where to buy diamonds or if I want to buy diamonds from them, they are amusing to read).
The $800 was an asking price but I have received offers(nothing I like yet) but $800 takes it no questions asked, if you want to offer something less just let me know and we can talk.

Ive updated the adsense and adword stats for july, they can be seen in the links in my first post.

Just an update, Ive gotten some offers in the $450-$550 range which is unfortunately a bit less then what I am willing to sell the site for. Something that starts with a 6 would be a great starting point for offers in the future.
Also the Google PR update is going on and it looks like it has a PR of 4 which is nice.
Thread closed due to excessive "bumps". From the rules, "4. Do not "push/bump" your own topic"
If anyone is interested in this site, please contact the thread starter privately. Good luck! :)
The seller has just informed me that this site has successfully been sold.
Congratulations Jay! :)
