how to do an XML feed?

is there a simple way to do a xml feed? I wanted to try the new Clicksor XML feed for a search engine. I never done an xml feed in my life.

If you know php, magpie makes it pretty simple.

Toss everything in a directory, include it and make some simple calls. It is well documented with plenty of examples.
