Took a quick look at the site.

Clean loading, visually pretty clean, not over done. You've covered the bases well as far as the templates of the page and what it contains, it will be interesting to see how the pages grow and develope as you add content.

The only real criticism I have is the font is not consistant. Pick one font theme and stick with it through out.

I think you have a solid start. Some thoughts:

A short block of text on your home page that Welcomes folks and tells them what the focus and purpose of your site is.

On at least your home page you need:

© 2001 by xxxx. All rights reserved

A Privacy link to a page with your procedures. A contact us link for either email or a feedback form.

I sure don't mean to be harsh but what is the purpose of the advertising copy on your home page?

The order is:

Desgin the site
Content for the site
Traffic for the site
Then revenue procedures
for the site

I suggest you eliminate this copy/links for Advertising untill all this stuff is in place.
