Hello all.

This is my first post at this forum, and I hope it's not the last.

Anyways, I am the webmaster at Fun Dimension, http://www.fundimension.com, which is a humor/entertainment oriented website. I am currently having a problem with the banner shown on my website.

I'm using Engage Media as my network, and I have to use their "cache-busting" ad code to increase my bannerviews ( Before I lost upwards of 5k-6k bannerviews per day )

But the problem is that the "cache-busting" code seems to increase the cell in the table by 4 pixels. By doing this there is a white line ( 4 pixels high ) right below the banner. This line would go through the whole "menu" and not just below the banner, but I've increased the images next to the banner by 4 pixels so that the white line below them is eliminated.

This white line is very irritating http://geekvillage.com/ubb/frown.gif

Does anyone have any idea on how to get rid of this white line?

I've contacted Engage and they said they would look into it. It's been a few weeks since they said it, and while they would look into it, they told me to use the original ad code ( Rich Media ) instead, since it has a built in "cache-buster". But it doesn't seem to work on my site http://geekvillage.com/ubb/frown.gif

I'd also like some feedback on my website. If you like it/dislike it etc. I know I have to fix some centering tags ( Netscape ) and it will be done http://geekvillage.com/ubb/smile.gif

Hello again,

I have found some sort of solution to my "4 pixel" problem. I just used an image from the "menu" where the banner is and increased it's height by 4 pixels and used it as a background image where the banner is being shown.

Weird I never thought of that before... http://geekvillage.com/ubb/smile.gif

If anyone comes up with a better idea, please let me know http://geekvillage.com/ubb/smile.gif

I'd still appriciate some feedback on my site. Do you think a Forum would fit this kind of website? Is there anything you dislike very much? Something on the site that is annoying? Something you really like? Anything is appriciated.

Take Care,
