Im venturing into the world of ASP.. Im wondering if anyone knows a program that you can buy so that you can test out ASP scripts offline. The reason I ask is that my server doesnt support ASP and I would rather not pay a monthly fee to learn ASP. (Could take me YEARS!) Im thinking of something like Dreamweaver where you can display your site in a browser offline but for ASP.. THanks.

Get a copy of PWS (Windows 95/98), I think it comes with MS Office, or IIS (NT), or use a free ASP host to test, there are some

Don't mean to be rude. But if you want to get into web programming, dump asp and go for PHP. It's supported by moste os'es and it's a hel* of a lot faster and more stable then ASP (and much more source code is avibale)

Take a swipe to www.php.net (http://www.php.net) and apache.com and you should be up running in no time.
