Any free host allows Crontab??

I doubt you will find a free host that offers this. It's a serious security risk for this type of hosting and none of the major scripts which provide free hosting have this built in. Even some commercial hosts do not permit crons or they have to be approved before they are run to insure they don't bring down the server and all the domains on it.

You really need a pay per month host if you need to run crons.
