Here's a couple of quick comments for you:

1. If found the tiny font used on much of the first page quite a struggle to read.

2. The light blue links on the dark orange color (used near the bottom of the page) are quite difficult to read also.

Clever with the CJ links. Use onmouseouts, to the trained (and often untrained) eye it's quite easy to spot the onmouseovers when it doesn't change back. I'd recommend not using blue as the link color, it contrasts too much with the overall color scheme. That's all I see.
