Northsky and Excelland

[CYBERWORLD]

I am using Northsky for offering free hosting, but it is extremely unstable these days. Besides, there are too much limitation in customizing the site.

I really need your opinion about Excelland.com which offer the same kind of service. Its site is not professional but it has its good point.

Also, how can I move my existing user site to the new community if I really want to change?
