What do you think of Site Chaser hosting?

I was just wondering what everyone thought of this new web site hosting company I found. I e-mailed them and they actually answered my e-mails and really helped me out. Their site is at: http://www.sitechaser.com Does anyone out there host with them? If not, does it look like a good host? Thanks.
