Can Tech Contact sell or transfer domain name?

HI -

Question: Can the Tech Contact for a domain name registered with Network Solutions sell or transfer the domain name? I recently sold a domain name to a fellow who wishes to become the Tech Contact, (I will remain Admin and Billing contacts) - is it possible for him to re-sell, transfer or do anything with the name if he is the Tech Contact?

If he is only listed as the Tech contact and you are still the owner and the Admin and Billing contact he can not sell or transfer the domain name without your permission.
