Can anyone suggest a good cgi site search script that can handle over 10000 pages without overloading the server?

I recommend Atomz.com, but that's a remote service, not something you host. Here are some more: http://www.hotscripts.com/Perl/Scripts_and_Programs/Searching/Site_Search
I've been using Perlfect (http://www.perlfect.com/freescripts/search/) since April 2001, and I'm happy with it.
It's based on an index, so it doesn't use that many resources when running.
I don't have 10,000 pages though, only around 1,500....
Oh, Perlfect is free.
