Hi guys,
just wondering if any of you knew where i could get the code for the scroll thing on the right hand side of the k10k site... http://www.k10k.net...

They used an iframe (ie3+ only i believe).. the code is:

<iframe src="something.html" width="200" height="200" scrolling="auto" framespacing="0" frameborder="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0"></iframe>

This would create a "scroll thing" with something.html being its content and height and width of 200 pixels. (The other stuff removes unnecessary borders)

but i need one that works on both ie and netscape. Even if it is a java appelt or dhtml.....

Well, there's probably only works on IE if it's in that format... anyhow, you can either make a textbox (which is kinda ugly) or use dhmtl. I think www.webreference.com (http://www.webreference.com) or maybe www.bratta.com (http://www.bratta.com) has the scripts. You should be able to find it at any decent dhtml repository. No clue about applets.. but applets aren't in style anyways. You can also make normal frames.. but that's kinda ugly too.
