what is your point of view for pop-up window exchange?

I use two pop up exchanges.

ExitExchange.com and

ValueExit http://exit.getvisitor.com/

I find that ValueExit has more fraud but will actually send you traffic without delay.

Exit Exchange has good fraud control but is sometimes slow at sending traffic back to your site. What I mean is that if you have 100,000 credits built up, it will take ExitExchange a week to send 100,000 traffic to your site. This isn't a size limitation, but rather how they have their software setup.
