Ad network referral programs?

Hi, does anyone know of any publisher or advertiser, referral programs offered by any of the ad networks? I am currently using Fastclick's but would like to look into any others. Thanks!

Most directories list ad networks and their affiliate programs if any.

John, I believe that Advertising.com still operate a referral program, as do FineClicks, CJ, ClickXchange, DirectLeads, Standard Internet, Quinstreet, ExitFuel, and several others.

The larger CPM-based banner networks have no need to operate referral programs, since they have no trouble acquiring additional inventory whenever the need arises.
