I run a company that specialises in web business acquisitions and monetising traffic through efficient use of affiliate networks and various cross-sell techniques.
We are keen to purchase web sites where the vendor can demonstrate consistent traffic and revenue streams. We also can enter into structured acquisitions if there is any ambiguity over the consistency of the traffic / revenue. An example of a structured deal is an earn out contingent on sustained performance. We also will consider leased domain deals.
We have been buying and selling web sites since 1999 so will a. not waste your time and b. attribute realistic valuations.
