3. Age of site? Site has been up since 2000
4. Approximate monthly page views and/or unique visitor? Monthly page views are around 75,000 and uniques are around 15,000- 20,000. WIth little promotion this number could increase greatly.
5. How does site generate income? How much?
Currently we get 100$ a month from JTLNet on a year contract with around 8 months left. Could easily get 150+ for the spot.
Gets money from subpages including FastClick which is around 30 a month. FastClick account would come with it. I am not selling the skyscraper, sub page ads or front page ads. The revenue at its peak was making more than 500$ a month with all ad spots taken.
6. Who develops content and administers the site and how much time does it require? The Owner of the site. The site takes very little updating and webmasters usually submit their scripts to the database automatically which you approve.
Some OnlyScripts.com content has been in Ping! Zine which I work for.(Book reviews). OnlyScripts.com has excellent relations with O'Reilly and you can get free books from my PR Contact.
I upgraded from IndexU to LinksSQL a 500$ links program.
7. Reason for selling? Want to try other website ventures such as gaming. A webmaster that programs would love onlyscripts.com
8. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Definitely!
9. Does the site have an e-zine or newsletter? No newsletter but so far a few hundred people have voluntarilly registered for the site even tho it is not required
10. Asking price for the site? 7000$
