Want to Purchase Established Search Engine

I am looking to purchase an established search engine or website generating a significant amount of search traffic. I am not concerned as to whether the search engine is PPC or not, but want a site that already has an established userbase.

I don't have a set budget for this purchase.

I don't know if these would be of interest to you, but I am getting out of the search engine business. Both sites get some traffic, and one is listed in Yahoo. They are:
http://www.search-engines-internet.com and http://www.netprowler.com.

search-engines-internet.com is the one listed in Yahoo. Netprowler.com is an old domain originally registered in 1996, and is a ppc. There actually used to be a software or something called netprowler, giving it some unique value.
