Gross and net revenue per month: I just put Ah-ha's search engine on 404 page. I don't know how much they make for me because I also put ah-ha search engine on my other websites. my ah-ha revenue is about $3000 per month, I don't know how much of that comes from freeweb-hosting and sohounion. i have barely tapped the financial potential of these two sites. an experienced webmaster should be able to estimate how profitable such a huge site is.

Description: they provide free web hosting service and free domain hosting service to their members.

Status: there are 20143 members and 276 doman names hosted.

Alexa Ranks:
SOHOunion.com 11,424 (http://www.alexa.com/data/details/main?q=&url=sohounion.com)
FreeWeb-Hosting.com 7,913 (http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details?q=&url=freeweb-hosting.com)

Bandwidth: these two sites consume about 30GB/day(just surfing traffic not downloading traffic)

The reason I'm going to sell them: These sites got warning from my ISP because several members' spamming activities. The buyer need host them with another ISP.

Nobody is interested in this site? I can't believe it.

I would not recommend working with this guy. His other line of work is registering expired domains and reselling them back to the owner (which can be very annoying). Although, he did come through on the selling it back.

hi abendagar,

I do register valuable domain names no matter if they are expired domains or never-registered domains.

I do sell domains and websites if buyers offer good price for them.

I do not bother anyone. every buyer contact me at first(including some expired domains' old owner).

I'm not intending to sell expired domains to their old owner. if they want to buy these doamins, they contact me.

your definiens about my other line of work is totally wrong

BTW: If you have lost your domains and feel sad. Just blame yourself. because you didn't care and protect your property. it's your fault.

snapname will snap them within 1/1000 second when they are expired.

That seems to be the asking price for the site. I think everyone is asking about the monthly costs, such as what you're paying per month for hosting the site. All the monthly expenditures and such.

Hi. I think you have an awesome deal here. I think a lot of people are interested. I personally have found that selling a site with this pricetag, becomes very difficult, as I have sold a few.

Rest assured....you will sell! Good luck!

Hello,
Okay, you get $3000.00 per month from all your sites from 404 traffic. do you know what percentage of the traffic is coming from these two sites? 5% , 50% or 90%?

Also what is the control panel software? Something out of the box or developed? Is there any provision to control spam?

Howmany servers? Dedicated or colocated? which whom? and is it included in the sale?

Thanks,

NetShooter

Gracklor, monthly hosting fee is $399.

jdsalr, thanks. $10,000 is very low for this site. I'm sure I could sell it.

ajiabs, I had said I don't know how much percentage profit came from these two sites. the all software of these sites are written by myself.

I was sharing my experience working with you. Some people don't like working with lawyers, some people may not like working with what you do -- Whatever you call it.
