Hey, all, I was wondering if anyone would be intrested in buying a new domain system that i coded, i am selling the site, the program, and the patent to anyone that is intrested. For a 'demo' of how it all works you can visit
I am charging a meere $5,000 for the whole technology.. And its a whole new replacement for the www system (www.yourname.com ->ewww.yourname.com) sorry about the advertising on the site btw. The site is worth nothing i know that, but the domain system is http://geekvillage.com/ubb/smile.gif

As cool as this sounds, it doesn't really seem to do any good unless people have something installed to see the ewww system and since about 99.999999999% of people don't have the system, that makes it relatively useless, or am I missing something?

You're quite right, Ted. The "alternative" domain name providers such as those pushing .earth, .nom and so on have had the same problem for years i.e. their range is limited to people who have taken an explicit action - which automatically dooms them to failure from the start.
The only way to make this work is the RealName model i.e. partner with major browser makers, spend $100s of millions on advertising etc.
