i need a cgi programmer who can create a cgi script that serves up text files with banners automatically inserted onto the top. (the file format doesn't matter, but besides the banner, it will be all text)
i need a server administrator who can install php, perl, and mysql onto my dedicated server, and make these programs function together in harmony http://geekvillage.com/ubb/smile.gif.
