An interesting proposal

I have an interesting idea.
I have a lot of ppl unsubscribe from my mailing list when i send mailings about my site. They get sick of hearing about the same site, but i want to keep traffic flowing in .... So, my idea is:
Anyone else who has a mailing list - would you like to send mailings out for each other's site(s)? Then there would be unique visitors showing up to each of our sites, and hopefully no/not many unsubscribers. It may seem strange to you guys, but i think it would work great.

i use to do that for my affiliates for my site at theprequels.net and eva2000.com

but the results were mixed - also affiliates of mine eventually stop doing it and their mailings so it ended like that http://geekvillage.com/ubb/frown.gif
