I just started a top sites list about a month ago, and I need people to join(I tried promoting it a little bit but had little success).
So I'll offer anyone a link to their site(if it's an appropriate site) in my jokes newsletter with around 1200 subscribers if they join my top sites list and promise to stay active for at least 2 months(I'll base this on the honor system). Active meaning sending at least 1 hit every week to the top site list.
