Web Designer looking to partner with a CGI programmer

Hello everyone! I am designing a website for a major non-profit organization and I am looking for someone to be able to set up a CGI mail to form script for the website that I am creating. I don't have any CGI experience (I have tried and have gotten lost LOL) I was wondering if anyone would be interested in volunteering their time to create on and set it up for me? I am not in the position to pay anything for this service but it could lead into something big. The website I am creating is in about 60 different languages and I would immagine that I will get a large response for more work, and then I would be able to pay for future services. If anyone is interested please respond. At this time I do not have any server information, but have requested it. Thanks!

I would do some perl/python/php work in exchange for some banner designs for a site I'm doing. I can do the tech but don't have any artistic abilitites
