Hi I have 2 GIF images of a wheel on a trsnsparent background.
I need to make the images spin around a vertical axis (a 3D type effect - I don't mean normal rotation)
Does anybody
(a) Either know software to do this
or
(b) Can do this for me in exchange for free adverts in an ezine or banner ads
