i've got a banner exchange for strategy and war game sites. if u'd like to advertiser to those folks, let's make a deal.

i'm looking for traffic from webmaster related sites or even blind links (misleading).

i'd be willing to give u so many banner exposure (thousands) for a link on your site for a set amount of time or we can base it on how much traffic u send.

i'm flexible http://www.very-cool-stuff.com/ubb/wink.gif

Please carefully read the rules before posting

We suggest that all posts contain a real e-mail address, and a real URL of your web site in question

Please post the following information in a follow up post:

The URL of the website you will be swapping banners on, and your contact e-mail address.

No trade of goods or services for anything that you are personally involved in as a broker or trading agency is permitted.

RE: i've got a banner exchange for strategy and war game sites

If this means you are acting as a broker or agent for other sites that are not your own, then this post is in violation of the rules of the barter forum. Please clarify this post as soon as possible.

um, whatever, how bout this webmasters@birminghamnet.com and www.birminghamnet.com (http://www.birminghamnet.com) and www.strategy-war.com. (http://www.strategy-war.com.) all of the above info is available in my bio link and signature.

also how bout some logic here, i know this forum (ubb) supports keeping a thread at the very top. one named "specific rules for the barter forum - read first" would probably help and save u some time.

hmmm, http://www.very-cool-stuff.com/ubb/wink.gif

At the front door to all the forums, at this URL:

You will find the following:

Let's Barter/Trade
Individuals can exchange goods or services with other individuals. Please read the "FORUM RULES" announcement before you post.

RE: " i know this forum (ubb) supports keeping a thread at the very top. one named "specific rules for the barter forum - read first"

There is one. At the top of the forum when you enter you will see the following permanant link:
<<< READ ME FIRST. FORUM RULES. >>>

Steve_S took time to think through this forum, and was being very cautious in the rules pertaining to this forum. I am being as cautious as I can in making sure those rules are not violated, and are followed to the letter.

Thank you for your cooperation.

sorry for my inappropriate post earlier, i got ur email. i didn't even see that link until u just mentioned it, talking about fine print, it doesn't stick out.

what i'm talking about is where my post is titled "banner exchange" (under topic). a permanent top titled post that says "BARTER FORUM RULES - READ" would be very conspicuous. the guys over at solutionscripts.com do it in some of their password protected forums (ubb). maybe it's a hack they made. however, it's very effective because it's always the top topic and it's right where everybody looks, at the topics being discussed.

just my suggestion, because it's clear that the fine print and obscure link isn't working based on all the messages u've had to leave in this section of the forum about special rules. http://www.very-cool-stuff.com/ubb/wink.gif
