Please verify the number (just copy and paste is from the email).
It could also be that the card has already been purged from the database. Cards are stored for 14 days. When you view your card you still have 2 days left to take a look at the card again.
There is no use in contacting us with the question if we can retrieve the card, since we simply can't.
